Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Soccer Line mobile application ("the App") provided by RBTcode. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the Service

Soccer Line is a mobile multiplayer football (soccer) game that allows players to compete against each other in real-time matches. The App is provided by:

You must not use the App for any purpose other than what it was created for, including but not limited to:

• Using the App as a platform for communication unrelated to gameplay
• Attempting to repurpose the App's infrastructure for any external service
• Exploiting game mechanics for purposes other than fair gameplay

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 4 years old to use this App. If you are under 16 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

To access multiplayer features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at contact@rbtcode.com if you suspect unauthorized use
• Use only one account per person (no duplicate accounts)

5. Fair Play & Acceptable Conduct

Soccer Line is built on fair competition. You agree that you will not:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Attempt to manipulate match results, rankings, or leaderboards in an unauthorized manner
• Engage in unsportsmanlike behavior, harassment, or abuse toward other players
• Intentionally disconnect or abandon matches to avoid a loss
• Impersonate other players, RBTcode staff, or any other person
• Exploit bugs or glitches — report them to contact@rbtcode.com instead

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's servers or databases
• Intercept, modify, or inject data into network communications between the App and its servers
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Soccer Line — including graphics, game mechanics, sounds, interface design, and source code — is the exclusive property of RBTcode and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal entertainment purposes.

8. Termination

RBTcode reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Decisions regarding account termination are made at RBTcode's sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@rbtcode.com.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RBTcode does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RBTcode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

RBTcode may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for RBTcode's registered address.
